Guzz first released 2 EPs, Subway and Across the Shadow, on Shanshui Records, which were among the very few Acid/Techno releases in China at that time. Then he released the unique From Desert to Moon on the alternative label 87 Fei 87, representing his experiment on genres. From 2015, a brand-new Guzz sound blending traditional Chinese music and Club music, started appearing on Do Hits’ compilations, drawing great attention from oversea. The album combines traditional music from Southern China, SouthEastern Asian with Club bass. It received support from domestic websites like Wangyi, Letv, Echo, Noisey, Wooozy. The music video is recommended by the surging Asian culture website 88rising.
Apart from producing/DJing, Guzz is also involved in organization of Do Hits Parties, producer salons, and record publishing.
